What You'll Be Doing Work closely with production to ensure goods conform to specification through inspections, FAIRs, SCARs, and concessions. Drive problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and complete CAPAs. Manage customer returns, lead investigations, and ensure swift, effective resolutions. Support customer manufacturing visits and contract reviews. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and implement process improvements. Research and support the introduction of new processes and equipment to enhance product quality.
