It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. Customer Supply Chain Partner Field Based UK – Regular travel Full-time Permanent Müller Milk & Ingredients are recruiting for a Customer Supply Chain Partner. The Customer Supply Chain Partner is the key liaison between our business and select customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations and strategic alignment. Main Responsibilities: Act as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers. Lead regular performance reviews with customers and internal teams. Manage business change communications and event planning (e.g. product changes, seasonal peaks). Monitor and support improvements in customer product performance metrics (e.g. waste, availability). Drive value chain initiatives to enhance efficiency across the supply chain. Represent the Supply Chain function in internal customer teams and contribute to account planning. Key Requirements: Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management. Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery. Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable. Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure. Willingness to travel for site and customer visits. Benefits: Company Car.
