We are currently recruiting for 2 positions for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our People Services team. Main Responsibilities: To contribute to the growth and success of the Company providing administrative support to the Learning and Development, Clinical and wider People Team functions of the business. This role is also responsible for supporting the accurate maintenance of L&D and Clinical records, ensuring employee records and files are kept up to date in digital format and both audit and GDPR compliant. Ensuring L&D and systems are kept up to date with employee records and training logs Act as first point of contact for all customers to the L&D function and participate in audits and inspections as required Assist all members of the L&D function in providing a comprehensive Learning and Development service Assisting in Learning and Development audits by providing requested information Support Learning and Development and Clinical team with training preparation and learning events Supporting with queries in the Learning and Development inbox Manual chasing for non-compliance Creating and sending communications to the company to advise of training deadlines Assisting with reports for the wider business function and third party contracts Assist with the development and implementation of new projects as and when required Carry out general administration tasks for the function, for example, responding to general learning questions, sign-posting employees to resources and basic guidance on using learning and development tools. What experience and skills are we looking for?
