If you’re an experienced residential childcare worker looking to pick up additional shifts — we’d love to welcome you to Lifestyles Residential Services Ltd as a Relief Residential Support Worker.
Our homes operate on a small-bedded, trauma-informed model, allowing us to deliver highly individualised, therapeutic care — and giving staff the time and space to do the work properly.
Do You See a Difficult Child – or a Child in Difficulty?
At Lifestyles, we believe the difference lies in perspective — and in the people who care enough to look deeper.
If you value compassion, teamwork, integrity, fun, and hard work, and you understand the importance of safeguarding and accurate recording, then we want to hear from you.
Whether you can offer a couple of shifts a month or more regular support, your experience is valuable — and your presence will help shape a therapeutic environment where young people can feel safe, supported, and seen.
