Electrical Improvers - Required near Daventry We are are looking for 2 x Electrical Improvers to work on a 4on/4off 12 hour shift pattern. There are days shifts, 6am - 6pm and night shifts, 6pm - 6am available. This is an excellent opportunity for Electrical Improvers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor automated conveyor systems across the site. Respond swiftly to any electrical faults, jams, or system blockages. Assist in basic electrical fault finding and support maintenance technicians as needed. Safely clear jams/blockages and report completion over radio to restart operations. Support planned maintenance and improvements as directed by senior engineers. Requirements: Relevant electrical qualifications or currently working towards them (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, 18th Edition desirable). Basic understanding of electrical systems in an industrial setting. Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern. Clear communicator with a good attitude to teamwork and safety.
