About the Role
Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business in Wolverhampton in the recruitment of a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
* Producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
* Providing insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
* Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation
* Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors as required
* Monitoring costs, margins, and performance against KPIs
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
The Successful Candidate will have the Following:
1. Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
2. Proven experience in a management accounting role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems
5. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
