The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, build strong client relationships and play a key role in supporting the wider team. * Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term client relationships
* Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team
* Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development
* Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong organisational, time management and IT skills
* Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused approach
* Professional, friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to client care
* Salary dependant on experience (DOE)
* 38 days annual leave inclusive of bank and public holidays
* Life assurance at 3x annual salary
