As an HR Consultant, you'll be a trusted adviser to managers across the business. You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational development while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide proactive, solutions-focused HR advice to line managers
* Support performance management processes and coach leaders effectively
* Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and legal frameworks
* Deliver a smooth and supportive onboarding process for new starters
* Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive business improvement
* Maintain accurate HR documentation and case files
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
* Confident communicator with excellent coaching and influencing skills
* Ability to work independently while supporting wider HR team goals
* Organised, proactive, and people-focused approach to problem solving
