Where will you be working?
At BGEN you will support clients across water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food & beverage industries, delivering next-generation engineering solutions.
What will you be doing?
* Guide the full change management process from impact assessment to approval and implementation.
* Work closely with internal teams, contractors and client representatives to ensure clear communication of every change.
* Assess impacts on scope, schedule, cost and quality, sharing findings with the Project Director and senior stakeholders.
* Keep accurate records of change requests, decisions and outcomes, providing clear reports and dashboards.
* Ensure compliance with governance, contracts and regulations while driving improvements and best practices.
