As Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre (FEYC) as a centre of excellence which delivers high quality care, learning and development for children aged 0 to 12.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will ensure that there is a continued focus on the implementation of quality improvements in the Centre.
Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record of effectively managing financial and service resources to meet agreed targets.
* A degree in a relevant discipline Early Years Care & Education or Social Work.
* At least 2 years’ experience of managing a day care facility or equivalent, including leadership of a staff team.
* Knowledge of Northern Ireland childcare regulatory and legislative frameworks.

Tenure: Fixed term until 31 March 2027.
Salary: NJC Scale, Point 29-32 (£38,626 to £41,511) per annum pro rata
