About the Role
As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. From diagnostics to repairs and component refits, your expertise plays a key role in delivering outstanding results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
14. Perform all MET-related tasks including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit
15. Follow manufacturer-approved methods to ensure accurate, safe, and compliant repairs
16. Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and inform repair plans
17. Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint teams to ensure workflow efficiency and repair quality
18. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
19. Keep your work area organised, clean, and safe
What We’re Looking For
20. Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
21. Strong understanding of vehicle systems, electronics, and modern repair techniques
22. ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to achieve it with our support
23. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
24. Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
25. Full UK driving licence
