Part Time Senior IFA Support

£30-35,000 (to be pro rata for part time)
Extremely successful and well-established IFA practice offering outstanding advice to private wealth and corporate clients seeks an experienced IFA Administrator to work alongside the Director and Paraplanner on a part time basis (ideally 3 full days a week)
Key Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and compile financial planning reports, including suitability reports and technical research.
* Assist advisers with client queries and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless client journey.
* Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
* Update and maintain client records on XPlan – and use this software for in-depth records and information that will be sent to clients
* Analyse client portfolios and make recommendations in line with their financial goals and objectives.
* Liaise with advisers, product providers, and other team members to support the advice process effectively.
* Assist in the development of workflows, templates, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
* Provide pre- and post-meeting support, including preparing packs and following up on action points.
Skills & Knowledge required:
* Experience of a similar role within an IFA setting (3 years+)
* An expert on Xplan
* Professional team player
* Strong communicator, able to liaise well at all levels and comfortable dealing with UHNW clients
Additional Information:
* Office based, 3 days a week, 9-5.30pm (our client will consider somebody wanting shorter hours over four days)
* Salary: £30-35k (to be pro rata)
* One of the working days must be a Monday
