As an ERP Apprenticeyou will be working within an existing team of ERP Consultants and wider technicians, helping to implement our new ERP solution.
The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team but also happy to work independently.
Desired Knowledge
1. Windows 10/11 knowledge.
2. Good understanding of IT and ERP system principles.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Main Duties
5. Working closely with IFS Consultants to analyse and prepare documentation towards the configuration of the ERP solution.
6. Working with the teams to help improve efficiency and visibility across multiple business units.
7. Design and configure Applications to meet Hyde Group’s needs through configuration, testing, documentation, and user training within the system, ensuring best-practice processes and scalable solutions.
8. Collaborate on solution build, data migration, testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live optimisation.
9. Working towards delivering end-user training and produce clear functional documentation. Leverage internal software to enhance user adoption, build guided learning materials, and streamline onboarding.
10. Working with the teams to ensure smooth system implementation and drive continuous improvement.
11. Provide ongoing post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
12. English and Maths grade 4-9/A-C predicted or actual and 3 other GCSEs at 4-9/A-C (essential)
13. In this Apprenticeship, you will be working towards a recognised qualification with opportunities for further development within a Project and Production environment.
