Assistant Office Manager - Broxburn
Salary: £28,+ (DOE)
Contract: Temp to Perm, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (early finish on a Friday!!)

What You'll Be Doing
4. Office Operations: Keep everything running smoothly - from supplies to maintenance.
5. Reception Duties: Be the friendly first point of contact for calls and visitors.
6. Communication Hub: Manage emails and ensure seamless internal/external communication.
7. Finance Support: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
8. HR Assistance: Help with recruitment, training, and maintaining employee records.
9. Policies & Compliance: Support health & safety and office policy implementation.
10. Ad-hoc Projects: Get involved in varied tasks that keep things interesting!
What We're Looking For
11. Strong admin and organisational skills
12. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
13. Proficiency in Sage, Verify, and MS Office (Excel essential)
14. Basic payroll knowledge
15. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
16. Construction industry experience is a bonus but not essential
