The Role We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to champion customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention for our SaaS-based retail and hospitality platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients unlock the full value of our solutions and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and own PMC’s customer success model, collaborating with Product, Service, and Account teams. Guide new customers through onboarding, configuration, and training for seamless adoption. Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and on-site visits. Monitor platform usage, analyse data, and drive product optimisation and adoption. Act as the voice of the customer across product and service teams, influencing roadmap priorities. Support issue resolution and collaborate on performance and retention strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and pass leads to Account Management for follow-up. About You Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS, retail, or hospitality roles. Strong technical understanding of POS systems, retail tech, and SaaS/iPaaS platforms. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Why PMC?
