Job Description
3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.
4. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Deliver training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.
6. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
7. Monitor and audit HSE policies and procedures for compliance.
8. Collaborate with department heads to enhance workplace safety measures.
9. Prepare detailed reports on HSE performance and recommend improvements.
10. Stay updated on changes in HSE legislation and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
11. Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
12. A recognised qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field.
13. NEBOSH qualified
14. ISO 14001 and 45001 auditor experience (internal auditor qualification desirable)
15. Strong knowledge of UK HSE laws and regulations.
16. Excellent communication skills to deliver training and collaborate effectively.
17. Analytical skills to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
18. Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation.
