It's a Lad's Pad in-store - with beer fridges available and Sports, DVD's and up tempo tunes on play
The Role;
We're looking for someone to work as an 'Assistant Manager' in our ultra busy Menswear department who (alongside the Manager and brilliant team) can help manage our customers and oversee the department This varied menswear retail role is a combination of retail sales, customer service, admin and account and people management.
You will conduct your own sales appointments, welcome Grooms and Groomsmen (sometimes groups of up to 8 Gents) into fitting areas where you'll consult, measure, fit and advise your customers on outfits for their very important events.
Attention to detail is very important and preferably you'll have retail experience or have worked in another fast paced 'people based' environment. There is an admin-focused part of the role which will require you to order entry so attention to detail is required as well as computer literacy too. You will be required to delegate tasks to other menswear stylists and oversee the department in the absence of the Menswear Manager so 'team leading' or 'senior retail' experience is essential.

People skills are a must including a positive, confident and hard working personality Full training is given but you must have the confidence and willingness to deliver a great experience for our Grooms whilst styling, measuring and handing over suits We're looking for a Male or a Female and age isn't a barrier so don't be afraid to apply providing you're energetic and have a willingness to learn and get involved with social media
Flexibility is essential and you must be available to work every weekend (Saturdays (and / or Sundays)) but not always both days).
