Duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
1. Take full ownership of building and expanding a specialist recruitment desk.
2. Proactively generate leads, secure new business, and establish strong client relationships.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of client prospects.
4. Work towards and exceed set sales targets and KPIs
5. Identify and market top candidates to create new opportunities.
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
7. Match high-quality candidates with client requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.
8. Attend face-to-face meetings to strengthen partnerships and close deals.
