Job Opportunity: SEN Teacher at Tadley Court School
Due to expansion, Tadley Court School is seeking to appoint an outstanding qualified SEN teacher to join our successful and forward-thinking school.
About Tadley Court School:
We are a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. Located in a beautiful semi-rural setting with four acres of well-maintained grounds, our school caters to children and young people aged 4 to 19 with formal Autism diagnoses and either SLD or MLD. We pride ourselves on delivering values-led education and providing clear career progression routes, attracting professionals committed to our family ethos. The school has experienced significant development, which will continue into the upcoming academic year in September 2025.
Student Needs and Teaching Approach:
Our students have ASD & SLD diagnoses and require patient staff skilled in techniques such as PECS (and Makaton) and TEACCH principles. The role may suit those with experience in mainstream primary education, as our school largely follows this model across all cohorts. You will work in an enthusiastic, supportive environment that encourages students to become as independent as possible in their learning and communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching vulnerable students and a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives and their families'.
Benefits:
* Exclusive access to reward and discount schemes
* Blue Light Discounts
* Comprehensive induction
* Ongoing training and career development
* Teacher pension scheme
* Paid enhanced DBS
* Wellbeing support
