Live-In Nanny / Housekeeper – Prime Central London Role: Live-In Nanny / Housekeeper Location: Prime Central London Salary: £50,000–£60,000 gross per annum (DOE) Accommodation: Live-in accommodation provided Contract: Permanent Start Date: ASAP A wonderful UHNW family based in Prime Central London is seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-In Nanny / Housekeeper to join their household on a long-term basis. This is a blended role that combines childcare and housekeeping responsibilities, with the balance of duties naturally shifting throughout the day. When the child is at school, the focus will be on maintaining the home to an exceptional standard. When the child is at home, the role will become more nanny-focused, providing attentive care, support and engagement. The family travels extensively throughout the year and is seeking a candidate who enjoys an international lifestyle and is happy to accompany them on trips around the world. This position would suit a warm, energetic and highly organised candidate who genuinely enjoys both childcare and housekeeping and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming home environment. Housekeeping Responsibilities Maintaining the residence to an exceptionally high standard at all times Daily housekeeping, cleaning and organisation throughout the property Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management Caring for delicate fabrics, garments and household items Maintaining household inventories and ensuring supplies are fully stocked Packing and unpacking for family travel Preparing guest rooms and ensuring the property remains guest-ready Assisting with household organisation projects and seasonal wardrobe changes Working collaboratively with other household staff where required Childcare Responsibilities Providing attentive and nurturing care when the child is at home Supporting morning and evening routines School drop-offs and pick-ups where required Planning age-appropriate activities and outings Supporting educational development and homework where appropriate Preparing school bags, uniforms and children's belongings Managing children's laundry and maintaining organised children's spaces Travelling with the family internationally and supporting the child throughout trips Travel The family travels extensively throughout the year and the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally when required. Live-in Nanny / Housekeeper Requirements Previous experience working as a Nanny / Housekeeper within a private household Strong housekeeping skills with excellent attention to detail Experience caring for school-aged children Warm, nurturing and professional approach to childcare Excellent laundry, ironing and wardrobe management skills Flexible and adaptable attitude Comfortable travelling internationally on a regular basis Highly organised and proactive Discreet, trustworthy and professional at all times Strong spoken English Up-to-date First Aid certification preferred Enhanced DBS (or equivalent) preferred Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally Package Salary: £50,000–£60,000 gross per annum depending on experience Live-in accommodation provided Extensive international travel Medical insurance, pension and discretionary annual bonus Long-term permanent position Marcilly Recruitment is a boutique agency specialising in the placement of exceptional candidates into private households, family offices, and luxury environments across the UK and internationally.
