Registered Nurse -Full time,36 hours per week. Night shifts
Must be a registered nurse (current PIN number with NMC), UK based with experience in the UK .
We have positions for our home in Bradford
1. Available Hours:36-48 hours per week
2. Paid breaks
3. Night shift
4. Pay rate: £22 per hour depending on the experience
5. Permanent, full-time contract
Our qualified nursing team are available 24 hours a day to provide medical and other forms of specialised support. Respecting older people and recognising each resident as a unique individual, our nurses provide not just high-quality nursing skills, but truly person-centred care.
About the Role:
The main responsibilities of this role include:
6. Promoting the highest standards of clinical nursing throughout the nursing home
7. Overseeing the day-to-day care of patients and the administration of required medication
8. To provide nursing and personal care to residents and promote their abilities.
9. Will be required to supervise qualified and unqualified staff on a day to day basis as delegated by Line Manager
10. Planning, implementing, and supervising the provision of quality care
11. Maintaining the required medical documentation
12. Upholding residents’ rights to privacy, dignity and choice
13. Reporting any ill health among the residents and request professional visits when necessary
14. Familiarising yourself with, and strictly adhering to, company policy and procedure and Care Inspectorate guidelines
15. Abiding by the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s (NMC’S) code of professional conduct
