Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the insurance space (brokers, agents, MGAs).
* Conduct compelling product demos and clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition.
* Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
* Collaborate with client success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records and contribute to forecasting and pipeline planning.
Requirements
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the insurtech, SaaS, or insurance sectors.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the insurance ecosystem and broker workflows is a significant advantage.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
