Electrical Test Operator - Contract Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team, supporting increased workload demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing electronic equipment in line with certification procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical testing using specified equipment and procedures.
* Certify products and maintain approval through audits.
* Conduct fault-finding and maintain detailed test records.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, City & Guilds).
* Proven experience in electrical testing within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Must not be colour blind.
