What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship On the completion of the apprenticeship programme you will become a qualified Erector / Rigger based on one of our operational sites in the UK applying the skills and knowledge you have gained during your apprenticeship. If you wish to continue your development there will be opportunities to advance into a managerial role.
