The Role: SGPT Coach We are looking for a dedicated, high-energy Small Group Personal Training Coach to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leading our signature strength and conditioning sessions, ensuring every member—regardless of their starting point—gets a "Personal Training" experience in a small group setting. This role is ideal for a coach who thrives on technical coaching, member interaction, and being part of a team that cares about results. Key Responsibilities • Lead SGPT Sessions: Deliver 5–9 hours of set weekly coaching sessions focused on strength, form, and intensity. • Member Excellence: Provide personalized coaching cues and progressions/regressions within a group environment (max 6 members). • Be the "Face" of the Floor: Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel supported and motivated every time they step into the studio. • Growth & Cover: Take advantage of additional cover shifts to top up your hours and assist with gym events or challenges. Qualifications & Skills • Certified Trainer: Minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of compound lifts, functional movement, and energy system training. • Communication: Ability to command a room while providing individual attention to members. • The "Fitness Boxx" Vibe: Reliable, punctual, and passionate about being a team player.
