Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm with an established reputation for excellence across Essex and the wider region.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, working alongside experienced specialists within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience advising on:
* Right to Manage matters
* Enfranchisement, particularly involving large blocks of flats
* Boundary disputes
* Lease extensions
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Adverse possession claims
* Dilapidations
* Break notices
You will have responsibility for running your own matters with appropriate supervision and will be encouraged to play an active role in business development, networking and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Property Litigation
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of property disputes
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
* Commercially minded with an interest in business development
* Proactive, solutions-focused and committed to delivering exceptional client service
