Responsibilities
As a Home Administrator you will manage administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services. Your duties include maintaining impeccable financial records and preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system and processing payroll and HR information. Resident well‑being will always be at the centre of your work.
Qualifications
You should hold an IT and administration qualification such as ECDL, as well as admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office. Great Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills are required. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and natural ability to get along with people are essential.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognise the signs of abuse, harm or neglect in its various forms and know what to do if concerns arise. Colleagues attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and may undertake additional training in associated areas. You will be able to seek advice and report concerns and, if necessary, escalates them.
