Overview
Join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Brighton as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in Water. As part of a collaborative design team delivering water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations and hydraulic systems, you will contribute to the design and delivery of complex engineering projects from front end engineering design through to detailed design, installation and construction support. Our project portfolio spans the UK with a strong focus on serving local water frameworks, and graduates are paired with a chartered engineer mentor to support you toward chartered status.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and delivery of engineering projects focusing on pump hydraulics, valve selection, piping systems and related equipment.
* Involve in the whole project lifecycle, from front end engineering design through to detailed design, installation and construction support.
* Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for water and wastewater treatment challenges.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline and a keen interest in the water industry.
* Unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period.

Work Arrangement
Please note that graduates are expected to work in the office 4 days per week to ensure adequate team support.
