In this role, you will oversee the team and manage the daily operations of the factory, focusing on both personnel and processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include health & safety, quality control, food safety, Continuous Improvement projects, personnel management, training, and more. The ideal professional our client is seeking is a strong leader who excels in communication at all levels and is skilled at building robust professional relationships.
The successful Production Manager will demonstrate resilience, assertiveness, and a genuine passion for team growth and development. Previous experience as a Production Manager in the food production or FMCG sector is required for this role.
