Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead small groups of young people with SEND on outings within the community, including exploring local parks, visiting museums, and participating in social activities, to create meaningful experiences.
* Empower young people by teaching essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, time management, travel training, and self-advocacy.
* Utilise your enthusiasm, dedication, and motivation to shape the futures of young people with SEND.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively teach and mentor.
