Your role will involve…..
Delivering person centred care to our clients, assessing, and managing client care needs, personal care, social activities, promoting independence, dignity, and respect and participating in an MDT approach.

Job Role
Our registered nurses will: –
Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
7. Manual Handling and Mobility
8. Fluid and Nutritional Intake
9. Personal Care
10. Dressing
11. Continence Care
12. Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
13. Participation in recreational activities
14. Prompt and assist with medication when required
Education, Skills and Qualifications
15. 1 year’s post registration experience
16. Diploma/degree in Adult Nursing / Mental Health Nursing. On-going training provided to run in line with NMC revalidation requirements.
17. Applicant will be expected to comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practise.
18. You may need to provide your covid vaccination status.
