Line Manager: Account Director

Location: Remote home working with in-person get togethers in London one day per month.

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Executive to play a key role in bringing once-in-a-lifetime travel and event experiences to life. From managing and communicating with event delegates and prize winners to coordinating complex travel arrangements, you’ll be at the heart of the action - ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.


You’ll manage a high volume of delegates with confidence and care, delivering a fast, friendly and highly personalised service to every individual. From making multiple bookings to managing your own budgets, you’ll balance precision with pace while supporting the wider team across their events and onsite delivery.


Previous experience in Events or Travel is essential - you’ll understand the logistics, the timelines, and the importance of getting every detail right. You’re naturally personable, calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you’re someone who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. And most importantly, you have a genuine passion for travel and creating extraordinary experiences for others.

Purpose of the role:

* Lead the development, creation, and ongoing management of delegate registration websites (Cvent and Duality) for group events
* Manage end-to-end attendee data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across high-volume databases (Excel) to support seamless event delivery
* Develop and oversee delegate communications, including event apps (Vamoos and CrowdComms), creating engaging and informative attendee journeys
* Independently coordinate prize and incentive winners, taking ownership of:
* Prize booking and fulfilment
* Guest communications
* Supplier management
* Creation of travel documentation (PowerPoint and Vamoos)
* Budget management and financial tracking (Excel)
* Project manage smaller-scale incentives, activations, and experiential events from concept through to execution
* Contribute to creative development and brainstorm sessions for new client briefs across søster agency
* Support pre-event planning and onsite delivery across multiple accounts as required
* Work collaboratively across teams to ensure outstanding client service and delivery excellence


Skills & Experience:

* 2-3 years previous work experience in the Events or Travel sector
* Impeccable attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent organisation, multitasking and time management capabilities
* Project management skills
* Strong budget management and financial acumen
* Experience of working on brand activations and influencer / press events - desirable
* Good knowledge of the world of travel, with bookings experience
* Creative – ability to think about solutions outside of the norm
* Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of cvent - essential
* Knowledge of Duality, Vamoos and CrowdComms – desirable
* A working knowledge of GDPR
* A second language, particularly Spanish, is beneficial but not a requirement
* Friendly / Sociable / Team-Player - we are looking for someone personable, a confident communicator, who can build relationships internally and externally via Teams and email
