Role Overview This role is central to ensuring that supply chain operations run smoothly. From raising shipments and liaising with 3PL partners to organising the inbound schedule, to managing supplier communications and keeping stock flow on track, the role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered on time and in full. The role also involves monitoring customer orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple systems. Strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities are essential.
