Reed Education Southampton are currently recruiting a number of Primary and Secondary Teachers to fulfil a large number of bookings across Hampshire.
We at Reed Education Southampton previously ran the successful Hampshire Supply Service through our branch, working with over 500 schools across Hampshire. We continue support these schools with a mixture of cover dependant on their needs, including day to day absence cover, long term cover and permanent positions, where we need your help to support these schools!
As a Supply Teacher, you will receive bookings based on your preferences and location, attending the school on a daily (or if preferred, long term) basis. You will have cover work set for you upon arrival and be responsible for your assigned class for the full day, ensuring all children are kept safe and are engaging in their learning.
Your day will start at 8:30am and end at 3:30pm, providing you with a structured day and work-life balance, with no marking or homework! We aim to provide our Teachers with the best possible rate, with a daily supply rate of between £130-160 per day depending on experience (rates may vary for long term positions).
For this role, you will be/will need:- Qualified Teacher Status desired, or at least a teaching qualification- Subject specialism degree or degree in Primary Education- Available throughout the week to fulfil bookings within your area- Open to flexible work in a variety of local schools- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – this can be obtained through Reed
