A well:established geotechnical and environmental consultancy based in Leeds is looking to appoint a Geotechnical Engineer to support the continued growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist consultancy with a strong technical reputation and a healthy pipeline of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role
* Managing and supervising ground investigations
* Producing factual and interpretative geotechnical reports
* Undertaking geotechnical analysis and design
* Foundation design recommendations
* Slope stability assessments
* Earthworks and retaining wall assessments
* Reviewing laboratory testing data and preparing technical interpretations
* Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
* Assisting with project management and client liaison
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where appropriate
Requirements
* Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
* Previous consultancy experience within geotechnical engineering
* Strong understanding of ground investigation techniques and soil mechanics
* Experience producing interpretative reports
* Familiarity with geotechnical design software is advantageous
* Strong communication and report:writing skills
* Full UK driving licence
