Anderson Knight is pleased to be supporting our client in the appointment of an L&D Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a systems-focused professional to play a key role in the ongoing management, optimisation, and development of the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS).
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the LMS, ensuring the system operates smoothly, data is accurate, and users receive a high level of support. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and internal teams.
* Carry out routine system maintenance, ensuring LMS records, data, and content remain accurate and up to date.
* Deliver training and guidance to new users, supporting system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
* Produce both scheduled and ad-hoc management reports for internal stakeholders.
* Maintain LMS quality and governance by reviewing data integrity, content uploads, and system usage.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure service levels and system performance are optimised.
* Support project work and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to learning systems and processes.
Key Criteria:
* Previous experience working with an LMS or similar systems-based platforms.
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for a range of audiences.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience using Survey Solutions and Power BI for reporting and insights.
* Exposure to data visualisation tools and database manipulation.
