Join a team that puts people first. As a Permanent Customer Service Advisor in our Retention team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and Financial Advisers. This is a great opportunity for someone who really enjoys speaking to customers and helping by solving problems, working collaboratively, promoting our products and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing: Handling a high volume of inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and care Responding to customer correspondence via email and letter Liaising with customers, Financial Advisers, and third parties to process instructions and resolve queries Working closely with your team to meet service standards and deliver a seamless customer experience. What we’re looking for: A confident communicator with a strong telephone manner Ability to recognise opportunities to help our customers achieve their financial goals by promoting our products.
