Working alongside the Night Manager, you will think on your feet, proactively solve problems and support all hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the night team, ensuring they are skilled and engaged.
* Execute brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Maintain strong relationships with all departments and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
* Handle guest concerns, resolve issues swiftly and ensure a safe environment.
* Support the Night Manager in operational tasks and shift handovers.
Required Qualifications
* Strong customer‑service skills and leadership ability.
* Experience in hospitality or related field is preferred.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Capacity to work independent and in a fast‑paced environment.
