QC Laboratory Technician
📍 Bridgend | £16.76 per hour | Temporary Ongoing
⏰ 12‑hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
🚗 Must live locally or have reliable transport - on‑site role

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out quality testing across the production process
Using pipettes and lab equipment (full training provided)
Recording data accurately and following strict procedures
Identifying and resolving basic out‑of‑spec issues
Collaborating with production and engineering teams
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high standards
Who We're Looking For

Shift Pattern
Initial Training (4 weeks):
Mon - Fri | 8:00am - 3:30pm
Rotating 4‑Week Cycle:
Week 1: Wed-Fri | 6pm-6:15am
Week 2: Wed-Fri | 6am-6:15pm
Week 3: Sun-Tues | 6pm-6:15am
Week 4: Sun-Tues | 6am-6:15pm
