What does the role of Workshop Controller involve?
* Accounting for and managing Technicians time when working on jobs.
* Ensuring Job Card write up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
* Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician
* Identifying Technician Training Needs.
What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Controller?
1. Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry
2. An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated to within this environment
3. A strong knowledge of Health and Safety
