Join to apply for the Discover EY – Women in Business (Assurance) – April 2026 intake role at EY
Programme Overview
At EY, we're committed to offering opportunities for all. We live in a diverse world and believe our workplace should reflect this. We’ve designed a programme for students in their first year of university (or second year on a four-year course), that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey. The Women in Business programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, EY-Parthenon, Tax, or Technology under the guidance of our empowering female colleagues.
What you will be doing
* Developing your professional skills and personal strengths – helping you propel your career into tomorrow.
* Exploring your interests, network with peers and ask questions.
* Learning from extraordinary leaders who’ve carved inspirational careers, overcome challenges, and made an impact.
* Hearing from the EY Women’s Network about the structured support, training and opportunities available for all our people.
* Gaining insight into your chosen business area:
o Audit – go beyond studies and see how we work with clients from local start-ups to big multinational companies.
o Tax – hear how our apprentices and graduates are helping us to transform the world of Tax.
o EY-Parthenon – explore our teams and client projects to give you a deeper understanding of mergers, acquisitions, valuations, as well as looking at the economic circle of our clients.
o Technology – explore an environment fuelled by our use of artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics and beyond, and develop an understanding of how your passion for technology can solve complex problems for some of the world’s biggest businesses.
Regardless of your chosen business area, our team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. You’ll get to prosper in an environment that enables you to learn, shape and grow.
