Hazel Tree Education are seeking a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant for a school in Warrington. The role will primarily be supporting students with SEND needs. The school requires an enthusiastic and capable Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to support learners full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm. This is a temporary position although could span long-term for the right candidate. What we’re looking for: * A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching. * An interest in supporting children with additional needs. * A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude. Successful candidates must have: * An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one * At least two references including most recent/current employer. * Right to work in the UK. * A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
