This is a full‑time position (37 hrs per week, reducing to 36 hrs after April 2026 as part of the pay award) and will be worked on a 5/7 rota, including weekend and public holiday duties.
Location: West of Scotland Cancer Centre – Pharmacy department housed in the West Of Scotland Cancer Centre, providing oral and intravenous chemotherapy.
Responsibilities
The main duties of this post will consist of contributing to the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy department and undertaking routine technical activities within the aseptic unit, pre-filled chemotherapy section and the dispensary, and managing cancer supplies to patients in the West of Scotland.
Qualifications
You should have either SVQ Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent), hold a checking qualification (FACPT dispensary or aseptic) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
