We value strong attention to detail and a steady, methodical working style. Responsibilities: We maintain and support existing reporting and data extraction systems. We write, develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures. We support and maintain Crystal Reports. We administer Epicor BisTrack, including users, permissions, printers and system configuration. We investigate and resolve ERP, reporting and data issues as they arise. We support users with day-to-day queries and troubleshooting. We learn how systems and operational processes work in practice. We support upgrades, integrations and small improvement projects. We keep system documentation up to date. We identify opportunities to improve system reliability and usability.
