A bit about the job Our BPA teams provide an end-to-end service, supporting customers through major life events. We're proud of our motto: "Nobody does it better." You'll lead a team of 12-15 colleagues based in Norwich, focusing on four key areas: People, Customer, Risk, and Change. You'll help remove barriers to great service, ensure strong controls, and use data to drive improvements and resource planning.
