What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results
* Overseeing all daily store operations and ensuring full compliance
* Managing daily banking and cash handling procedures
* Driving sales and meeting performance targets
* Delivering first-class customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience
* Merchandising and keeping stock displays attractive and on-brand
* Carrying out stock checks and managing inventory levels
* Enforcing Challenge 25 and maintaining policy compliance
* Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace at all times
What We're Looking For
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Strong English communication skills
* Must be of legal drinking age
* A confident, hands-on leader
* Proactive, organised, and highly self-motivated
* Sales-driven with a strong sense of accountability
* Excellent customer service and people skills
