CBTax are seeking R&D Tax Associates to join our team to support the firms continued growth across the UK. Candidates will ideally have a background / interest in the financial or technical sectors with a desire to further their career into a consultative role, preparing financial and technical reports for submission to HMRC. While we have a number of accounting and finance graduates currently enrolled on our associate program, there is opportunity for graduates from a range of technical backgrounds. It is essential that the right candidate wants to build a career specialising in R&D and other tax saving areas. The role will offer huge potential to a driven and dynamic person to develop within professional services.
All CBTax R&D Tax Associates will be fully supported to gain their ATT and CTA qualifications with a combination of on-the-job learning and structured training while gaining great exposure to client innovative projects.

Key responsibilities
* Meeting clients to discuss projects they have been working on during the periods under review
* Report writing to assess clients qualifying projects
* Working with the team to deliver successful projects
* Manage client expectations
* Advocate in using internal sales tools (Salesforce) to ensure an efficient process is adopted
