About the Role:
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a leading law firm who are seeking an experienced Key Task Lawyer to join their growing conveyancing team in Cardiff. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical conveyancing expertise to support lawyers across the firm without the pressure of managing your own caseload.
In this role, youll focus on providing high-quality technical support by completing approval tasks, such as:
* Reviewing and approving titles
* Responding to and raising enquiries
* Handling complex title reviews and technical checks
Youll be a crucial part of ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence across the firms conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough title checks and complex title reviews
* Draft and respond to detailed property enquiries
* Provide expert technical advice and guidance to conveyancing teams
* Support lawyers across the firm in ensuring files meet quality and compliance standards
* Assist with process improvements and knowledge sharing within the department
