The Role We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to develop existing customer accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. This role is focused on delivering outstanding account management, increasing sales and margin, and growing market share within a competitive environment. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers Identify and convert new business opportunities Increase sales revenue and margins across your territory Provide expert knowledge of products and services to recommend appropriate solutions Manage customer tenders, quotations, and contracts efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service Analyse territory performance and market potential to drive growth Network and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels Consistently meet and exceed growth targets About You Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or business development role Industry experience is highly desirable Skills & Attributes Highly motivated and target-driven Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels Excellent relationship-building ability Strong negotiation and influencing skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your own time effectively Able to identify growth opportunities and think strategically Comfortable problem-solving and resolving customer issues quickly and professionally Creative, customer-focused, and commercially aware Why Join Us?
