About the Roles
Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support
You'll work closely with teachers to:
* Support behaviour management in the classroom
* Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra guidance
* Help create a calm, positive learning environment
* Build relationships with young people and act as a trusted adult
Cover Supervisor
You will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
* Manage the classroom and keep students on task
* Maintain behaviour standards and ensure learning continues
No subject knowledge or teaching experience required - confidence, presence and strong communication skills are what matter most.
